By accessing or using MYGEN3D Marketplace ("Service", "Platform"), operated by MYGEN3D ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
MYGEN3D Marketplace is a digital marketplace for 3D models and assets, with a focus on e-commerce product visualization. The Platform enables:
We act as a marketplace facilitator. Transactions are processed through Paddle .
To make purchases or list products, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mygen3d.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the Platform.
Upon successful purchase, buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased 3D model as described in the Standard Digital Asset License included with each product. Permitted uses include personal projects, commercial projects, advertising, and product visualization.
Purchased files are available for download from your Purchases page for a minimum of 12 months after purchase. We recommend downloading and storing your files immediately after purchase.

Sellers must agree to and comply with the separate Seller Agreement, which governs listing, revenue share, storage fees, and settlement terms. Key points:
The MYGEN3D name, logo, website design, and AI generation technology are owned by MYGEN3D and protected by intellectual property laws.
Sellers retain ownership of their uploaded 3D models. By listing on MYGEN3D, sellers grant us a limited license to display, promote, and facilitate transactions for their products.
If you believe content on MYGEN3D infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@mygen3d.com with details of the claimed infringement. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Korean domestic: Payments are processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd. Supported methods: credit/debit cards, virtual accounts, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, Toss Pay.
International: Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as the merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to international transactions.
Prices displayed include applicable VAT where required by law. Paddle collects and remits VAT for international transactions. Korean domestic transactions include VAT as applicable.
All prices are listed in USD. Korean domestic transactions are converted to KRW at the prevailing exchange rate at time of payment.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that 3D models will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYGEN3D's total liability to any user shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination: purchased content remains licensed to buyers; sellers' unpaid earnings are settled within 45 days (minus outstanding fees); uploaded product files are deleted within 30 days.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through MYGEN3D's support team. For international buyers, disputes related to payment processing by Paddle are subject to Paddle's dispute resolution process.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
