What file types can I upload?

OBJ (as a ZIP with the MTL and texture images), PLY meshes, STL and GLB. We create a compressed web model and a thumbnail automatically.

When am I charged?

You pay in advance on the day you subscribe, then on the same day every month (or year). If you upgrade, the new plan starts right away and the unused part of your old plan is refunded. If you switch to a smaller plan, the change happens at the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that you move to Free: existing models stay online, but you cannot add new ones beyond the Free limit.

What if a payment fails?

PayPal retries automatically and we email you. Your plan stays active for 7 days after the paid period while you update your payment method. If payment still fails, you move to Free — your models and embeds keep working.

What if I need more than Business?

Your existing models never stop working when you reach a limit; only new uploads pause. Contact us for larger catalogs.

Can stores use my viewer?

Yes. Every model has an embed code that works in Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce and any website that accepts an iframe.
